cheesy onion roll-ups

1cup 8 (oz) sour cream
8 ounces pkg. cream cheese-softened
1/2 cup of finey shredded cheddar-cheese
3/4 sliced green onions
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 tablespoon Minced jalapeno-peppers
10 oz. pkg. flour tortillas (6"-size)
"These roll-ups are very fast to fix and you can make them ahead and keep
them wrapped in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve"

Picante Sauce
Combine the first six ingredients in a bowl,mix well.
Spread on one side of tortillas and roll up tightly.
Wrap and refrigerate for at lest 1 hour. Slice into 1" pieces.
Serve with picante sauce.

Cobbler!!!!!

1(18.25 oz.) box yellow cake
2 (21 oz.) cans cherry, peach, blueberry or apple filling
1 stick of margarine
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Line Dutch oven with aluminum foil. Pour pie filling of your choice into Dutch oven.
spread evenly. Pour in yellow cake mix. Spread evenly. Cut 1/4 inch patties of
margarine and place evenly along the top. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Sprinkle
nutmeg on top. Put about 23 charcoals on top of the Dutch oven and about 7 charcoals on the bottom. Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until cake mix is golden brown. Checking it
about every 10 to 15 minutes...........Bon Appetit!!!!

Trail Mix!!!

1 c. granola cereal
1/2 c. salted sunflower kernels
1/2 c. roasted soy beans
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. raisins
You'll need: Medium bowl, wooden spoon, dry measuring cups,jar. In a medium bowl, mix cereal, sunflower kernels, soy beans, dates and raisins with a wooden spoon. Store in a jar or a plastic container with a tight lid. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

Fudge Sweet Brownies!!!

2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten well
1/2 c. melted butter or oil
1/2 c. Fudge Sweet, Softened
1/2 c. Fruit Sweet
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Sift flour and baking powder; set aside. Blend the eggs, butter or oil, Fudge Sweet,
Fruit Sweet,and Vanilla. Add the flour mixture and blend thoroughly. Add walnuts. Pour
mixture into greased and floured 8"x8" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15
minutes, until cake springs back at a light touch. Doubled recipe will fit into double
size cookie pan....................Enjoy!!!!!!

Stars and Stripes Dessert!!!

Pound Cake(8slices)
4c. strawberry halves
1 1/3 c. blueberries
8 oz. Cool Whip
Line bottom of 12x8-inch baking pan with 8 slices of pound cake. Top with 1 cup strawberry halves and blueberries, then 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Then top with 3 cups
strawberries halves and 1/3 blueberries, making it look like a flag.
